IMC Atlanta and Edmonton offices serve as your storage and distribution centers providing costume scheduling, dispatch, inventory control, maintenance, valet return shipment and quality control.

Mascot Storage - Upon their arrival, your costumes receive a friendly IMC welcome complete with an initial inspection and cleaning. When your costumes are ready for appearances there are assigned their special IMC tracking codes and space in their new home, IMC's air conditioned warehouse facilities.

Online Costume Appearance Request & Scheduling - It's quick and easy to view costume availability and request appearances through IMC's Online Costume management service! Securely maintained on IMC's extranet, you can review details for all your events, available costume inventories and place an appearance request anywhere in the world 365 days a year! IMC's Costume Management services integrates the “scheduling” and dispatch of your costumes complete with event activity reports. Additionally, our online systems offer e-mail notification to confirm submitted requests and provide tracking information for all costume shipments.

Request Management and Processing - For clients who prefer a manual request system we provide customized request forms that can be faxed or mailed to IMC containing instructions on when and where your costume needs to ship out for a special event.

Shipping - Once a request is received, the costume is scheduled for shipping and later shipped out by a carrier of your choice. If you prefer, you may use a IMC preferred carrier and let us manage your shipping charges as well.

Shipment Tracking Services - Upon Request, IMC provides details on the location and delivery information for costumes in transit. In many cases, internet tracking information can be forwarded via email immediately upon your costumes departure from IMC.

Valet Costume Return Services - IMC can also ensure the prompt return of your costume to our warehouse with our "no hassle" Return Services. If you choose a IMC preferred carrier for your shipments, IMC can dispatch a special pickup service with a pre-printed return label for your costume. All the end user has to do is to make sure the costume gets back in its original shipping container by the specified date included with each shipment...and we do the rest.

Quality Check-In - When your mascot returns to IMC, we will inspect it for any missing or damaged items, and perform the necessary repairs. In the event that a costume component is missing, we make every effort to track it down and notify you in the process.

Cleaning - A professional cleaning is also provided upon your mascots return keeping your costume in its original condition and prepare it for the next appearance.
